{untitled}
Once upon a time,
I want to watch a princess fall in love
with another princess.
I want a princess to catch the edge of a flowing skirt
in the corner of her eye, a flash
of brunette curls, and finally an emerald green iris.
I want kisses on the balcony between two pairs of glossed lips,
dress bodices pressed together in a four poster bed.
Once upon a time, I want a happy ending between
two princesses instead.
inspired by public art along the High Line in New York City
