Untitled

I'm sorry for bothering you

But I'm stuck in my head and that's not good.

My head is not a good place to be.

It's a place where I'm all alone

And my thoughts drag me down

And there's no one to help because I've hurt

the people I care about

So they slip aside and let me slip slip fall

down to where I was before

Every time I come back up I fall even more

I can't do it any more

I don't know what to do I don't know what to

say

I need someone to stay beside me

To help me know how to stay
