Untitled Thoughts

I jumped headfirst with no goal

I found myself in uncharted waters

I let my Instincts take over

Instinct has kept me well

I was blessed with them

I soon found the compass that guided me

I found the place thought to be myth

I walked its sandy beaches

I bathed in the crystalline waters

I attempted to delve deeper into the recesses of its mystery

But...to no avail

It was pre-destined to fail

I soon found myself drowning

Drowning in my failed attempts

Drowning in the darkness

Drowning...

Drowning...

The air has escaped

Dancing to the surface

Formed in to clear spheres

Once again, I am lost

This was written after a difficult ending to a relationship in my life.
