I wanted to stay but my heart was loving in vein

My mind was taking over of what I wanted to say

as my heart continue to stay mute and I let my mind

become my voice and come over me like a shadow and held

on to me with a grip so tight that my heart became its vessel.

Poetry is my life. I think of myself as a MISFIT poet(made up of my own) which is to me is a poet who doesn't fit the status quo but i use my words to explain the world around me that i don't fit into.
