The untold story of nobody

Nobody ever said thank you

Nobody ever said good job

Nobody ever said keep going

Nobody ever said anything

I still wake up every morning

I still work day to day

I still go to sleep at night

I still dream while I pray

I dream of a world actually free

I dream of a world with more trees

I dream of a world with more life

I dream but still I must fight

I must fight for those who cant

I must fight for those who can

I must fight for those in bondage

I must fight for children with plans

plans of becoming a doctor or lawyer

plans of flying to space one day

plans of discovering the cure for cancer

im looking at my replacement one day

replace that old and tired soldier

sail the 7 seas you sailor

bring home that brother from mother unknown

make everything I do worth coming home.
