unwanted ride

Going back and forth Up and down Like I'm on a roller-coaster that never ends Emotions Confusion Frustration All involved Adding to the impact my heart takes on this endless line of pain It's good in the beginning The ride I mean When it's just getting started And I'm prepared for It all ready for that first drop But then I get to the top And it's more than I can handle Im scared I just want it to end Right then and there But it won't It can't it's on it's own schedule Not mine I'm forced to take part in the torture of this ride called having feelings Because its more than a like but less than love because you know the emotions are there and it's hard to Let go But I have to This ride needs to let me off Before the Pain that it puts me through Becomes irreversible And Then the ride gets worse Sending you through dark tunnels and endless loops that throw you off track Making you close your eyes and become blind to what is really going on Then you think and hear that what you picture when your eyes are closed is not the reality that is waiting for when you open yours eyes again at the end I see and feel the up and down motions of this endless roller coaster that I just want to come to an end When will it end So I can get off and move on to a ride that won't keep me going forever through loops and tunnels of pain
