Unwanted stress

Stress is the bodies way of saying your mind meeds rest Just think of it as parents not giving children guidance I'd rather be flying than couped inside frying I love silence Hoping i don't hear too many sirens The call to me while I'm lying Forcefully into my ear vibrance Vibrancy challenging me violently Poetry my only outlet Off-set and pessimistic The rings on my fingers have left Why are my thoughts clouded in darkness, death and regret.
