unworthy

What is it about her that makes her unworthy?

Is it her size, she’s too big to be thin and too small to be big.

Is it her assets or lack thereof?

Is it her innocence?

Is it her fear of being wronged yet again?

Is it her past?

The web of lies she used to separate herself from the cancerous tumor that is you.

She can’t hide forever but she can’t shine either

There is nothing special about the girl who says yes

There is nothing special about the girl you once loved

She is nothing to you or anyone for that matter

What was considered good is no longer

You wanted a virgin and a porn star

You wanted a CEO and housewife

You want the saint and the sinner

You want her to be worldly yet small town

Caring but not too much

You want her to love you only, while you put everyone before her

You want her to stand up for herself but not to you

This mental slavery that she has broken free of scares you to the core

She is no longer that girl who gave up her seat to you and your friends and sat on the floor

FUCK YOUR REVELATION!!

No one cares that you couldn’t grasp what you had

That girl, that broken but good girl

That girl that would drop everything to be by your side

The one you mistreated and abused to satisfy your fucking pride

She’s gone but she’s blossom into the black butterfly you never wanted

She’s everything and you are nothing

She is destined for greatness that even she can’t comprehend

She is everything you said she wasn’t

NOW YOU ARE UNWORTHY
