Unwrapped
We all have
The same desires
To be loved
To be accepted
To be appreciated
To be human
Yet our eyes
And our thoughts
Are constantly battling
Attacks
On the peace that we
Have worked so hard
To preserve
Nothing disturbs the silence
we crave
More than the persisting
Judgment
That surrounds us
