Up in the treehouse
Words cannot describe,
The lies you hide behind,
How easily you made me lie,
Made me cry,
Made me want to lay down and die.
Made me shake in the shower,
Thinking of all the things you've,
done.
Oh darling, my darling,
I was just a kid.
Naive and trusting,
Why was I the one to be,
Chosen and destroyed?
Best friends we were,
But now I'm hurt.
Can't shake the feeling,
Of missing old times,
But now you remind,
Me of when I was blind.
Up in that treehouse,
Felt like purgatory,
Yet no ghosts were found,
where it felt like you murdered me.
