UPON SOMEONE FALLING ILL

UPON SOMEONE FALLING ILL
By Nina Goldworth

When someone falls ill
It’s not always God’s will
You hope for the best
That that person will rest
If they ‘re not feeling well
Hope the doctor can tell
If it is their diet
Or maybe a health fight
You hope they establish a habit for life
And not have to deal with any anguish or strife

For good life extension
Coq 10, cla, d3 and mgn-3  with intention
All 4 of those nutritional immune system cures
Deserve honorable mention
And plenty of water, low carbs
Much less sugar
Stevia is a great no calorie herb-sugar sub
(But no sugar is best)
& here is the rub (trick)
You can have as many veggies as you like
- you can eat fruit
And have minimum pasta,
(But savor each bite)
And you will never get hurt
If you try to avoid red meat
(although we need protein for our body to work)
Try green leafy roughage and just have yogurt!
