Urban Love

Cities are so beautiful

I love Minneapolis

It’s my most extensive love yet

And to think of what I’m on the brink of-

I hope I fall in love

I’ve decided not to, in college, that is-

Which is dumb since the heart doesn’t care about the mind’s feelings

Still, I hope I fall in love

A torrid passionate romance

With Chicago

I know I will

I’ll let myself revel in it for a while

A little girl in the big city

Knowing myself

I just have to
