The waste is not made clear, the shame never seen.
The darkness covers all things, yet we believe we're clean.
"I am shameless," we pridefully say,
Then hide our feelings by the end of the day.
We covet all things that another has.
We never ask permission, just simply grab.
Everyone is guilty of these petty crimes,
Loving and loathing, one at the same time.
Greed consumes all until nothing is left.
Human against human, until the last breath.
