Us
Ever since I could talk I fought with my momma
I kicked and screamed I told her I didn’t love her
Didn’t want her
Then I started telling her everyday
Because I was afraid she would go away
That I would lose her
Now everyday we sit with unresolved feelings
An argument where everyone is the loser
But I don’t say anything because I don’t want to lose her
