The room seems brighter,

They all ask “Why are you so mature?”

But even you don’t know where your childhood went.

I walk through the crowd,

It parts like the Red Sea.

My face seems to say I’m angry,

But I am tired from this burden on my shoulders.

You laugh loudly at a ridiculous joke,

I cry too hard at a distant memory.

You reinvented a hard life into a lesson,

I am still drowning as the family legacy.

We are very different people,

Yet we are very much the same.

We come from a similar place,

And we will end in the same place.

You love too hard

And I love too many,

But we both create a better world,

For everyone and everything is deserving.
