Us Against The World

We fold our hands for prayer
While the world stops and stares
We lift our hands in praise,
While the world's battle cries raise.
We open our Bibles to read,
As the world fills with greed.
We fill our hearts with joy,
While evil is the worlds toy.
We witness if we dare,
But world doesn't care.
We try our best to live right,
While criminals stay out of sight.
We have something to believe,
Sin is the world's gift received.
We have the cross to look to,
But for the world evil makes do.
We become filled with the Holy Ghost.
While torture id the world Host.
As Christians, we must stand,
And hold out a hand.
We don't want the world to fall,
Evil must be stopped once and for all.
