This world we are all a part of is a place of goodness and monstrosities Our purposes are different and our paths lead in different directions Inside of us are our thoughts, our feelings, and our emotions that remain hidden The ideas we have are bulletproof and cannot be taken from us Yet we fear reality and its criticisms and lack confidence in who we are Sons and daughters, mothers and fathers are deeply loved and tragically lost By the hands of their fellow man or crippling sickness Are we all not capable of maintaining happiness; the laughter; the joy? What must happen so that we can go back to a time where society was great? Is all lost? Is there not a ray of light to outshine the darkness? Now I don’t mean to condescend but I do hope that you understand Although I do not know you and I may never meet you, believe me when I say this I am always with you – in your heart, in your thoughts, and in your dreams I am your brother, your sister, your father, your mother – your friend I love you with all my heart and I am here for you until the end Know that there’s hope as long as you believe in yourself and keep the faith Never forget how strong you are regardless of those who say otherwise Always remember you are not alone – you’re never alone You are beautiful, intelligent, and kind – the things that man neglects to be toward one another Everyday remind yourself that you are extraordinary and grand despite life’s afflictions Yes, there’s power behind you and your words for they affect us all Not directly but they do have meaning and have the ability to bring change Forget the past; your time is now – YOURS – not society’s The challenges that arise, the problems you may face, is there to make you wiser You will have moments of failure but that is all the more reason to try again – to be better My message is near its end so allow me to say a few final words This place which we are a part of is full of malevolence and integrity However, it’s up to you to choose the life you’ll lead Rise above the influence and know you’ve got the strength to overcome adversity Don’t let anyone faze you or prevent you from achieving greatness Dare to be different and to be yourself regardless of those who object Push limits and prove others wrong in that you’re more than meets the eye Live with no regrets or the idea of what could’ve been, what could’ve happened Move beyond the good, the bad, and the ugly and create a brighter future After all, in the end, the person who can change this world is YOU
