Vaguely Clear

Confusion.

It is the hardest feeling.

A million questions litter your mind,

And yet you have no clue,

 What they are.

Sometimes, you’re blind,

And sometimes,

Everything shines with the clarity of beryl.

Yet you still manage to convince yourself,

That nothing is clear.

So is this confusion

Caused by your thoughts,

Or your heart?

There are things you ask your own person every day,

Things that prove you are voluntarily throwing a veil

Upon your eyes.

It stretches over the two main characteristics

That makes you earth born.

The muscle without which you are half dead,

And the lump of matter without which

You have no life.

So is it more important to live,

Or to be alive?
