Valentine's Day

Today is the day that everyone is smiling.

Except you.

You thought you were more.

But you were wrong.

He walked right past you

down the hall.

You try to smile and hide everything

but you can't.

The more you smile,

the more you want to cry.

As he passes you

down the hall.

Is supposed to be valentine's day.

it isn't.

You can't smile anymore.

Tears fall down your cheek.

He passes you one last time.

Down the hall.
