Validation

Rain is failing from the sky at a rapid rate outside, While I’m hurting on the inside, My blue eyes are as cloudy as the sky when I cry, Bloodshot and red from the lack of sleep, In a world where everything is black and white, There are no colors, I am alone, Lost and confused. Now I feel like I’m standing in a desert Wishing for rain, There is no you and there is no me, People have fed my heart and soul with lies, Lies for the last time, The truth will be validated. My feelings will be validated You will be validated.
