John 14:5-6                    New English Translation

5 Thomas said, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going. How can we know the way?” 6 Jesus replied, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Praise or criticism really don’t mean very much at all

In consequentiality really as it travels in from the outside

Nothing to compare with what seems to come from within

The testimony of our conscience when quickened by the Light

Momentous is the availability of the truth “at work” still

Does it compare us hypocritical and condemns us that way?

Or at times it testifies and confirms our daily works of clay

As towards Eternity, we struggle through this temporal day

Conscience can only testify through and by the Grace of God

Holiness and Godliness are undergirded and provided that way

I guess there is nothing, but guile, in this “most” decaying place

Unless the Life, provided by Christ Himself, becomes the Only Way
