Van Gogh

I absorbed you through my skin like oil

you are stuck here in the lines of my fingerprint

burned into the corners of my mind im afraid to look into

I hate the taste of you but you run through my veins like blood

you capture my eye like art and you rip through my heart like sharp teeth

where are you if not miles from me
