Veracity
The wind blows as you come across my path
Surroundings fall indifferent and hushed
A heart filled with irrepressible wrath
Can no longer move as it has been rushed
The nerves within react with great distress
Unable to contain a patient mindset
Beneath active hate one cannot suppress
To proceed can cause profound public debt
Yet a hate can have power from within
The sound of rock propels one to listen
Veracity trickles through deadly sin
A pristine smile can no longer glisten
As long as one can feel there is no deal
Unless the feelings were truly real
