Verbal Expession

Find a soul lurking

Waiting
Searching
But where is the soul?
It's unpredictable
Battered, scattered
Waiting
Searching
Stop... A hope of light
Glisten
Swallowed. Engulfed.
But yet despite
Despite of this lack of light
You're told to fight
"Hold on to that light"
They say
"You must fight"
But when is the fight over
When is the soul found
The light in hand
Just understand
That I'm
Waiting
Searching ..
Waiting to find my soul
Goals , friends and foes
Who's with me ?
Who won't be?
Racing
Panting ..
Hyperventilation.
But wait, That smile.
Waiting
Searching
For that smile.
That smile that'll grab me
It'll let me see
Let me see the light
Despite the pain
Despite the waiting
Searching
That smile , it's worth awhile
That day where the light shines
Devine with love.
Some day...
But today.
I just wait
Watch
And search
