Vice City Blues(song lyrics)

Vice City Blues

Imagine if i made it walls plated with plaques and accolades

Tracks on every station my songs on every playlist

Im in your heavy rotation now my whole world be rotating at eighty times your pace

Run it like steve prefontaine

Partying LA late cocaine lines is on the table

I dont know if i be able but that blonde got wavy handles

Waist manipulating the thought of pussy enables

A Stallion out stable relaying information

Im fucking rich and famous you see me through a restricted lenses

Most of the population cannot relate but i offer explanations

Kick snares and bass used to stimulate my brain but lately

With this new found fame coursing through my veins

I now resort to mary jane

Shit dont hit the same takes more drugs to motivate

The pain is far too great my soul begin to fold my mind begin to break

Fame and ego a lethal combination a tragedy in the making

We talking vice city blues

Where the devil make you pay your dues

Fuck them principles you can do whatchu wanna do

Just an illusion to misguide you you could not refuse

You not a hustler you puppet that the devil choose

Thinking im who run it thinking im playing by my own rules

I end up powerless just a tool for the public use

But in truth im a human just confused and you amused

Cuz in vice city you can only lose
