The Victim

In the beginning of an relationship everything’s a breeze Until the boy does something that has the girl uneased They talk about it or even argue at times Because to the girl it almost feels as though he has committed a crime “He never understands where I’m coming from” she says While crying her eyes out lying in bed It’s always something that the girl wouldn’t do But the boy never seems to mind because he’s not in her shoes As females we have our own standards of relationships But they always seem to be turned into situationships If the girl does something wrong, it’s done or it’s over But the boy doesn't ever seem to mind when he’s with another girl messing her over You see it’s always that one thing that crosses the line But depending on the girl she doesn’t mind Or not that she doesn’t mind she doesn’t want to be alone She doesn’t wanna face this world on her own So she stays and lets the past be the past And tries to move on because she wants their future to last So she wears the clothes he wants her to And stays at home while he’s out partying with his anonymous boo
