Victory
God as you awoke me this day
I need to hear an instant word as I pray
Lord I feel I am about to lose my mind
Your perfect peace I desperately need to find
Father, as I commune with you
I need confirmation of what you created me to do
Lord, I wonder is this still your plan for me
The goodness of it currently I can’t see
Love is only a four letter word
Because of it the things you will do is absurd
Lord, if I am trusting in you, and not trying to figure it out
Why in this situation I am experiencing doubt
My daughter your faith is in things you can’t see
Having the faith of a mustard seed, the blessings you will see
Don’t let no one make you feel like you less than a jewel
You know what the Word says about a fool
Fools despise wisdom and instructions
Their ways only lead to destruction
Where do I go from here
The uncertainty is my greatest fear
My child, would I love you this way
Make the decision, and stand strong on what my Word has to say
