You see, video games show me more than just entertainment/ They bestow into my grasp a sense of contentment/ Turning every mindful piece of resentment/ Into development, through improvement, by the motion of my eyes and fingers’ movement, I become competent. Mustering me confident, the completion of levels becomes a compliment/ The beatific music of the sweet Nintendo sentiment, defines the placement/ The plot forms the argument, as my mind searches for its settlement/ In order to revitalize the predicament, and make the refreshment/ The success becomes permanent, it creates the reinforcement/ Describes the emotion, symbolizes its notion, vows a devotion, becomes my fundament/ The message hits me with appeasement, as I build upon my adjustment/ And, all my video game torments, then begins a huge decrement/ Into the measurement, where I make an assessment/ Of how these games become my attainment/ The definition of imaginative achievement/ So, my games compose a worthy acknowledgment.
