Views change

nothing stays the same

parents shrink

children grow

opinions differ on everything

everything from

religion to equality to government to children

you could be conservative or liberal or just plain argumentative

nobody should do this

everybody should do that

there's no right way to do anything

your house used to be huge,

when you were little,

but now it feels like you are trapped,

trapped forever,

forever in a doll house

you say you are easily satisfied,

but your parents say you are never satisfied

to your boy friend you are always busy;

however, to yourself you are ambitious and determined

that shade of scarlet looks more red than orange to me,

but you, you see it differently,

and that makes us unique!

I think we should change only one thing,

but he says we should change everything,

but she says change that's not necessary,

so change only one thing I propose;

change only the view,

the view,

on how views are viewed.
