Vine

On the outside, I seem fine. But it's spreading like a vine. Twisting and turning. When's it going to stop? The pain is unbelievable, but it's all that I got. It's the one thing that keeps me going day by day, people ask me if I'm okay, I just nod and smile and disappear inside myself for a while.
