Virtuous Valor
“I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.”
We hike up a hill fighting the dusking darkness
And run with our virtuous valor until the sun dawns on our path in the morning.
We follow the sun because it is our symbol of courage.
No matter what happens the sun always rises back up
And so we, the love that follows courage, will keep fighting;
We fight on through the night until our symbol rises up at the dawn of daylight.
An uphill battle that gets steeper and steeper
But we put on our crampons and grab our ice picks and keep climbing high so that our love may catch up with the courage of the sun.
We climb so our children can see a brighter tomorrow than we saw today.
We might fall
we might break
but as long as we get back up our love will catch up with the courage
that leads and lights our way.
So join us in our hike to heal hollowed hearts
We’ll leave no one behind for our virtue of valor is for everyone to share.
