Vision

Vision is a problem-

Has been and it will be.

Seeing is great, for practical purposes,

But seeing people is hard.

People seeing is hard

People seeing my friends muscles

And thinking he can't think.

People seeing my sister's style

And deciding she's a floozy.

People seeing my mother

And marking her 'housewife'

People seeing my boobs

And deciding I can't follow my dreams

Because robots are for boys.

I try not to do it myself

But sometimes I do

And I catch myself,

And I kick myself

Because I want this to change

I have to try-
