VISIONS

I can hear the end approaching,

Like a cricket in the woods

I can feel the cold hands from of age

Reaching for us

I hear silence scream

And joy cry

I see mourners surround a smiling corpse

Yes! I see bitterness and pain

For the motivator is depressed:

The physician is sick

I see us lost in the middle of nowhere

And the end coming at us.
