Do you remember me?
You taught me how to sing
I took your everything
Your tears still stain my keys
Our vital severing
Brought growing pains
And now new flowers bloom
Where love once grew
Turn pages into time
Run from the past unkind
Burn pages; fill your pen
Epitaphs for one another’s pride
Our vital severing
Brought growing pains
And now new flowers bloom
Where love once grew
Two vines grow, far away
Each sings a song
In the spring their flowers bloom
To different tunes
