Shuffled by,
Tossed and tied up without a bat of an eye
Thrusted into a life that was unseen
Depicted less of our mean
Voice unheard, some sort of strangled silence

Fighting for a liberty that was naturally ours
Pinned against the tone of our skin
Sit-ins and violence free fights
Freedom was in our sight

The top, the Man
Once divided now united we stand
Our voice,
Our reason,
Recognized, together Change happened
We shout out the voice of our past, present and future.
