The Voice of a Dream

Educational ties are where

Dreams become knowledge

Our wisdom is shared

While creativity funds our college

After the day comes to an end

Teachers say their goodbyes

In the midst of our friends

Our ideals become wise

Those neutral beginnings

Even spark conversation

And though we are winning

We're an underestimated nation

To be careless and free

Is a teen's subtle goal

In truth, we can see

an immeasurable soul

Education is for all

No one is alone

Though a privilege overall

Education takes the throne

We are learning the truth

While others learn lies

The American youth

have stars in their eyes

Their dreams are grandiose

And their goals can't compare

While other countries are dosed

With false disrepair

Some students don't comprehend

The strength of education

While other kids are at an end

With epidemic across their nation

Their learning isn't valued

So their dreams aren't heard

Their visions are fueded

And they speak without words

Everyone has a voice

But some don't use it

Education is a choice

Just don't abuse it.
