The Voice of the Invisible

Children in Africa suffering I’m just trying to serve my king People keep asking me what I’m doing Are you listening or are you just hearing The voice of children as they cry at night Abducted in their sleep to join a fight Crying to the world in a voice of fear That no one cares and no one will hear When an eight year old child is handed an AK-47 Forced to shoot his best friend Wonders will he ever go to heaven What kind of people are we If we don’t do a thing Are you listening or are you just hearing
