The Voice of a Soul

Hear me,

For I have fallen into pain

And a stain

Has fallen upon me.

The truth of life has changed

Living now in the hands of fear

Chained.

I no longer have freedom to hear

The sounds of who I loved

Or the capacity

Of taking a chance

In life, that gaved

Me dreams

And the ability to seek

My life,

My world,

My future...

...But there is hope...

Hope for those who break free

Who rely on what's passed reality

I, too, can trust in Him

For He specializes in purity.

My heart and soul will go on

And the chains will fall

My stain will fade away.

Hear me,

For I have been saved!
