Voices

Everyone has at least one A voice in their head Some have multiple Some have good ones Some not so good The ones that encourage them The ones that put them down The ones that inspire change The ones that inspire fear Sometimes they are mumbling Sometimes they yell at one time I have multiple Sometimes they are helpful Most the time they hurt me though They laugh at me They yell me to hurt myself They tell me I can't do what I wish to They hold me down They do sometimes encourage me They tell me I am important They can be both A blessing And A curse It all depends On which one You let win
