Voices
I am a voice
I don’t always make it known
But Neither do a lot of people
I am the silence
Screaming the loudest
In this world of agonized celebrations
And Cries
Can you hear me?
Or do you choose to ignore me?
The deafening silence is more than what you want to hear
Relishing in the symphony of life
Using it as a distraction
I AM CRYING
A silent cry
A whimpered plea
In a silently deafening battle
You refuse to acknowledge
I am the Voice
The voice many can’t find
The voice that says “Hello”
Every morning
Is Gone
The voice that says “I Love You”
Every night
Is nothing more than a memory
Diminished
By the cacophony of celebratory cheers
The rest forgotten
Only to be left in
Silence
