Voices

The voices that

surround me

tell me I'm

going crazy.

The voices that live

inside of me

tell me I've

already gone insane.

The voice that

is my conscious

holds on to reality,

but it's grip falters,

and slowly I let

my psychotic mind

enfold me.

I heed the voices

I hear,

whether right or not.

I cannot resist

the pushing,

pulling

voices.

Although I

struggle to

hold on,

the voices take me

and leave me

all alone,

drowning in

an ever

cruel world.
