Voices

I’m thinking about my body as a container.

Just one third of a page, but still containing multitudes.

I’m thinking of all the voices in my own head,

all the overlapping unseeable colors of self.

I’m looking at my reflection

in the multi-paned window at the gym.

As I move,

my many me’s struggle to keep up with each other.

I am a blur.

I am a positive correlation of points on a graph,

and the arbitrary line drawn between them is my body.

I am a star-child.

I am pure information, turning the GCTA’s in my DNA into zero’s and one’s.

I am downloading myself into pure light,

leaving my body,

and living in my mind.
