The Voices In My Head

I hear them, the voices

I hearth voces in my head,

created by others, but sound like me.

Nagging me, punishing me,

pointing out every flaw.

I wish I coud scream.

But all that come out is silent air.

They won't stop.

They get loud at night,

just when I want them silent.

"You aren't good enough" they say,

"How can you look like that?" they add.

I just want them quiet,

but nothing seems to work.

I cry, they just get louder.

I began to believe what they say.

They win.

No matter how many times they have won,

they are still loud.

The voices hurt.

They make me small until i'm nothing.

The voices have won.
