Into the Void

The mists are thick in my eyes.

The Whats I've done and the Wheres I've been

are clouding my present

tainting my future

until I can't see What is now or Where is next.

Stumbling, fumbling, feeling my way

through the endless loops and whorls of Time.

I lose my way

I lose myself

and worst of all,

I fear,

I've lost you too.

And so you see

everything is always falling,

drawn back carelessly into the void.
