Vulnerability

Constant enclosure in one’s own mind

Hear me, listen to me, try to understand me.

Thoughts screaming, crying, pleading to be heard to shine.

I am unique, beautiful, so please love me.

Thoughts never ending

Faces constantly staring with inquiry

Interesting creature, what troubles your senses?

Writing down unspeakable words breaks a barrier many wish to cross in such a hurry.

All lost mysteries encoded in neurons and synapses .

A troubled mind many wish to question yet sustain their distance

Enter my world with caution, enter my enigma I call my life

Quizzical this maze may seem despite all my simplicity

Penciling down my thoughts removes the fence of strife

However, I caution your entrance into me, for my subconscious possesses many cruelties

Once my hand is in motion my inner thoughts know no bounds, cutting into my emotions by means of the sharpest knife.

But how invigorating to be confronted with reserved secrets and being exposed with all your own vulnerability
