Vulnerability

Your swagger saunter

Player flaunter

Authentic imposter

Oblivious haunter

Mal-intent unheard

Accusation absurd

Sexual oppressor

She’s silenced via pressure

Morality dementia

Her insecurities compendia

Breed her esteem hysteria

'till obtaining anorexia

She’s terrified to show to class

Discards herself as less than trash

Fearlessness has gone and passed

Now she’s afraid to ask

For help

I’ve known you since you were young

Witnessed the demon you’ve become

Neglect has left you feeling numb

You think you are the only one

Who knows your base has been undone

Ask her for an open mind

A chance to leave the past behind

Start with vulnerability:

reveal your insecurities

renew her reason to believe

that you are good internally

because

I know you crave her grounded wisdom

You love to laugh; you love to listen

Don’t perpetuate the victim

Create the world you want to live in

Be vulnerable again.
