THE "W" WORD

It all starts with ugly

It all start with worthless

A pity kiss

you are all that is worth this.

Do you comb that nappy hair

those words I hear are hard to bare

Do you brush your teeth

each venomous word makes it easier to weep

worthless

Love is what the body craves

Love is what the mine cherishes

Love is what makes us human

Love is what makes us apparent

toxics love makes us blind

reminding the soul that it will die

withering from the endless lies

killing it softly... gental... until it dies

worthless

A simple word that knocks giants on their knees

destroying light that glimmers with glee.

Setting a fire to all that bleeds

ending the joy that wandered free

but the "w" word will never be the end of me

worthless
