Wait

I wait for you

I will wait forever

I wait for days and days

those days turn to weeks

those weeks turn to months

and those months turn into a year

and thats a year I can never get back

and that year started with a single month

a month from a week

a week from a day

a day from an hour

an hour froma minute

a minute from a second

and not another second will I wait for you

why wait for someone thats not coming back

life is short

and time is limited

every day is not promised

no more waiting

time to start living
