"Waitin' on the World to Change"

John Mayer told me to wait

for the world to change.

What if the world takes too long?

How long should I wait?

Why should I rely on the world,

when I can change myself right now?

If I could change one thing,

I'd have everyone look within themselves

and change one thing.

Just one thing.

It doesn't matter how big or small,

they just need to change the one thing.

Everyone would be happier,

making the world a happier place overall.

Don't listen to John;

change yourself now.
