Waiting for Forever

Close your eyes and watch the wolrd go by.

Look for me look for you all of the time.

Watch me leave, watch me come back again.

Tick-toc watch the time go by on your wrist.

We waste all our patience on waiting.

Waiting for forever and forever we are waiting.

I can't wait until I am free.

I have gone but here we still wait.

You wait to hurt me again, and I wait to be loved for real. Forever.

I wrote this awhile ago, but just found it with some of my older poems and thought it'd be nice to share.
